Steve Burnham
Partner
Steve Burnham is the Co-Founder of Regiment Securities, currently serving as its Managing Member. He brings a wealth of experience from various leadership roles in the financial industry. Previously, he led Edelweiss Financial Services in New York as Managing Director and held a significant role as Senior Vice President at Marco Polo Network. Steve's global experience includes a decade at Bender Securities in Istanbul. He is a Dartmouth College alumnus with a degree in History and Economics. Steve is a registered representative with Regiment Securities, LLC and holds the FINRA licenses Series 3, 7, 24, 55, 63, 66, and 79.
Dan Lancellotti
Managing Director
Dan Lancellotti brings to Regiment Cap Intro over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. For the last 13 years, Dan has been in the cap intro business, first as MD, global head of capital introductions at Citi until 2008 and then as co-founder of CapitalDynamo, a firm that develops and sells cap intro software to prime brokers and independent marketers. Regiment Cap Intro is a prime user of CapitalDynamo. He is a 1982 graduate of Brown University with a ScB degree in Applied Math/Economics.
Paul LaBossiere, CFA
Managing Director
For the past 23 years, Paul LaBossiere's professional career has focused on alternative asset management. In addition to his recent experience with multi-manager funds at Wesport Resources his prior assignments included years with Gabelli & Partners and J.P. Morgan Investment Management. He worked with institutional investors in senior roles at Innovest Capital, a market neutral equity manager, as well as HSBC Asset Management where he was responsible for serving the very largest private equity investors. Paul graduated from the US Naval Academy serving as a Navy Pilot for 7 years and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Gale Eisner
Managing Director
Gale Eisner, a current CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), brings deep alternative investment expertise to Regiment Cap Intro. Of her 30 years in the alternative investment industry she spent 14 years at Citi Alternative Investments where she sold hedge funds, private equity real estate and managed futures and fixed income alternatives. She also worked at Equinox Funds and Prudential Securities selling managed futures funds to institutional clients. Gale has an MBA from Fordham University and a BS from Drew University.
